This site sells one thing: upload one photo, pay $9.90, and download one approximately 8-second, 9:16 vertical (768P) MP4 party video.

  • This is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with any artist, record label, or original video.
  • Output: one roughly 8-second clip in a fixed 9:16 portrait ratio at MiniMax H3's 768P setting (typically about 768 × 1344 pixels), delivered as an MP4 file from My videos, with AI-generated room, crowd, and clinking-glass sounds.
  • The file does not include the original song.
  • Upload only yourself, or an adult who agreed.
  • Do not upload minors.
  • Do not upload public figures.
  • The finished video is made by AI. It is not a real recording.
  • If generation fails, the full $9.90 is refunded the way you paid. A finished video is not refunded because you dislike it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and this site ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website, creating an account, or generating a video, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions herein, you must immediately cease accessing or using our services.

2. Service Description

We provide a web service that turns one uploaded photo into one approximately 8-second, 9:16 vertical party video (768P, MP4), for a single payment of $9.90 per video.

  • Output specifications — Each purchase generates one approximately 8-second video in a fixed 9:16 vertical aspect ratio, generated with MiniMax H3 at its 768P setting (typically about 768 × 1344 pixels). The finished file is an MP4 downloadable from My videos. 768P is a model setting; the exact pixel size is not promised, and the product does not offer a 1080 × 1920 or higher-resolution export.

  • Generation time — Generation typically takes about 2–5 minutes after payment; the actual wait varies with service load and can be longer at busy times. This is an estimate, not a delivery deadline; you can leave the page while the task runs.

  • Non-Deterministic Outputs — Generative AI produces output probabilistically. We do not guarantee that a video will meet specific aesthetic standards, be completely error-free, or look identical across repeated requests from the same photo.

  • Service Evolution — We continuously optimize and update the model, features, and user interface, and reserve the right to modify or adjust service parameters with reasonable notice where feasible.

3. User Accounts & Security

  • Eligibility — You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and pay for a video.
  • Account Confidentiality — You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access.
  • One Account Per User — Automated creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

  • One payment, one video — Each $9.90 payment buys one video. We do not sell subscriptions, credit packs, or usage plans.
  • Payment for a video — Generation starts only after payment succeeds. If you pay and then leave the page, your video continues to generate and stays available in your account.
  • Price Adjustments — We reserve the right to adjust the price of a video, with prior notice displayed on our pricing page.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Input Data — You retain full ownership of and responsibility for the photo you upload. You represent that you possess the necessary rights and authorizations for it.
  • Generated Outputs — Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you receive usage rights to the video generated from your photo, to the extent permitted by applicable intellectual property law.
  • Platform IP — All platform code, user interfaces, branding, graphics, logos, and proprietary workflows remain our exclusive property and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

6. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories (AUP)

You agree to comply with applicable laws and ethical standards when using this service. You are strictly prohibited from generating, storing, soliciting, uploading, or distributing content falling into the following six prohibited categories:

  1. Pornography / NSFW — Any pornographic content, sexually explicit or not-safe-for-work (NSFW) material, adult sexual acts, depiction of genitalia, sexually suggestive material, as well as non-consensual sexual content or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
  2. Violence / Gore — Extreme gore, physical mutilation, animal cruelty, inciting or promoting suicide or self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism.
  3. Hate Speech — Discriminatory, derogatory, hateful, threatening, harassing, or cyberbullying speech targeting any individual or protected group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
  4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Absolute zero-tolerance policy. Generating, soliciting, uploading, hosting, or disseminating any child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAM / CSAE), minor nudity, or content endangering minors is categorically prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate, permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  5. Deepfakes / Impersonation — Generating unauthorized realistic likenesses, deepfakes, or voice clones of real individuals, impersonating people or entities without consent, or engaging in fraud, political manipulation, or distributing severe disinformation.
  6. Copyright & Trademark Infringement — Generating or uploading content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, registered trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

Furthermore, you may not use the service for reverse engineering, malware compilation, cyberattacks, scraping private APIs, or attempting to bypass system guardrails and rate limits.

7. Content Moderation

To maintain a safe and lawful service, we implement a multi-layered moderation architecture:

  • Pre-Generation Automated Filtering: The uploaded photo and the request are analyzed in real time via automated safety filters and guardrails to detect and block prohibited content prior to execution.
  • Post-Generation Moderation: Generated outputs undergo automated safety evaluation to prevent prohibited visual content from being displayed or stored.
  • Human Review: Ambiguous, high-risk, or user-flagged requests are escalated to our trust and safety team for manual inspection.

8. User Reporting & Violation Enforcement

  • Reporting Mechanism: If you discover content or conduct that violates these Content Standards or infringes your rights, report it through the customer-support option on this site, including:
    1. The content URL or task identifier (Task ID);
    2. The violation category (e.g., CSAM, infringement, non-consensual deepfake) and a brief description;
    3. Supporting screenshots or evidence, if applicable.
  • Response Timeline: Our trust and safety team reviews reports promptly, typically within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt.
  • Enforcement Actions: Upon confirming a violation, we reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary actions based on severity, including:
    1. Immediate removal or deletion of the offending content;
    2. Temporary restriction or suspension of video generation;
    3. Permanent account termination;
    4. In cases involving CSAM or severe illegality, referral to law enforcement and reporting agencies (such as NCMEC).
  • Appeals: If you believe your account was restricted or terminated due to an error or false positive, you may submit an appeal through the same support channel with supporting explanation and evidence for re-evaluation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service, AI models, and all generated materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall this site, its affiliates, directors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill) arising out of your access to or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time with or without cause if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized activity. You may discontinue your use of the service and delete your account at any time via your account settings.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product updates or legal obligations. We will notify users of significant amendments by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of this site after updates indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.
